My Intern Story in Easybook Office Kudus
Hello guys this is my story when I joined business internship program… Last April, I joined business internship in PT. Easy book Indonesia. PT. Easy Book Indonesia was one of company who focused in ticketing online. We could order ticket of train, plane, car, ferry, shuttle and easily. In Kudus, PT. Easy Book Indonesia was located at Ruko Agus Salim. There are five people who worked there. They were Mr. Andi, Mr. Ikhlas, Mr. Fatih, Mrs. Susi and Mrs. Eva. The job descriptions of each people were different. Mr. Andi as a general manager and the other as a customer service. Every day, they always take care of customers. I spent my time around two weeks there. I had so many activities, for example I did the translation email, term and condition, and any else. In additional, I also help the other employee when sent items. And I also help how the way they took care their customers. I got precious experiences there.
